Rooted in the beautiful Hill Country, Felicia has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years. Knowing she wanted to chart a path helping others, prior to entering real estate, Felicia taught pre-school and loved helping little ones and their families. Teaching and Administration provided her with valuable skills which she uses daily in serving her clients by educating homebuyers and sellers and guiding them through negotiations in the biggest investment of their lives. Felicia has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process. She recognizes and values the trust clients place in her, striving every day to exceed their expectations. Her clients describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and pleasant to be around. Felicia is married to Donny Lehmann, a local mortgage lender, and has three beautiful daughters. She loves spending time with her family, the outdoors, music, and dancing. She has been connected to the community serving in past: the Hill Country Charity Ball Association, Kerrville Jr. Service Guild, KBOR, and KISD PTO. She stays connected through serving her home Church, Kerrville First United Methodist, and remains an active member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
